Terms and conditions for FunSongs School Subscription

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before completing the FunSongs School Subscription Form. By submitting the Subscription Form, your school agrees to the following terms.

1. Subscription Cost and Payment

  • The annual cost of the FunSongs School Subscription is €89 (eighty-nine euros), all taxes included, or the equivalent in your local currency.
  • FunSongs will issue an invoice to the school after receiving the completed Subscription Form.
  • The subscription will be activated as soon as payment of the invoice has been received by FunSongs.
  • Payment must be made in full and within the payment period specified on the invoice.

2. Service Delivery

  • From September to June of the current year, FunSongs will send one FunSongs action song pack each month to the teacher email address registered in the Subscription Form.
  • The action song pack will be sent on or around the 15th of each month.
  • The teacher is licensed by FunSongs to upload the action song pack to the school server, making it accessible to all teachers at the school.

3. Use of Materials

  • The action song packs are for use by the subscribing school only.
  • Teachers at the subscribing school may use, print, and share the materials internally for educational purposes.
  • The materials may not be shared with or distributed to other schools, organizations, or individuals outside the subscribing school.

4. Subscription Period and Renewal

  • The subscription is valid for one year from the date of activation.
  • FunSongs will contact the school before the end of the subscription period with information about renewal.

5. Data Protection

  • The school is responsible for providing a valid teacher email address for delivery of the action song packs.
  • FunSongs will use the provided contact information solely for the purpose of delivering subscription content and managing the subscription.

6. Changes to Terms

  • FunSongs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the school via the registered email address.
